Uyen Luu has been running a weekly weekend Vietnamese supper clubs since 2009 also runs Vietnamese home cooking classes every month. She is a food photographer and food stylist by day, and her work has been widely covered by mainstream press. These include The Observer Food Monthly, Guardian Feast, Waitrose Magazine, The Saturday Telegraph, Delicious Magazine, Olive Magazine amongst many others. Uyen grew up in Hackney, London. Her family were refugees after the war in Vietnam and they have lived in London since the early 80s. This is her second book
