Shoondhisa's first experimental offering is something to behold. The big, fruity, floral flavours we've come to love from this region are present but dialled up a notch with an anaerobic process thrown into the mix. We love the vibrant, funky plum notes that add complexity to the sweet honey and stonefruit flavours.
