If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Riley Grae gladly offers exchanges or store credit.

In Store Purchases

Exchanges and returns for store credit will be accepted within 30 days of purchase with the presentation of the original receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange or store credit.

Online Purchases

Online purchases can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange or store credit. Riley Grae does not provide complimentary return shipping labels. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

International Purchases

All international purchases (outside of Canada and the contiguous United States) are final sale and will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Damaged, Defective, and Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at care@rileygrae.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item(s), box, and packaging. We will take care of the rest!
